CPU’s board of directors and senior management team recognized that the market for practice management and electronic health record systems was rapidly evolving and that CPU was in a unique position to capitalize on 27 years of experience in developing practice management systems. With the pending retirement of Michael Stringer, CPU’s President and CEO, the organization has decided to pursue options that would allow the company to expand its service offerings and increase its ability to serve current and potential clients under the guidance of MED3OOO.
CPU’s partnership with MED3OOO will allow the organization to progress and will provide financial stability, growth, opportunities, innovative technology, additional resources, and complementary product and service offerings.
